Hello! My name is Joseph Gardonis, and I’m a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty serving under my personal brand, Joseph Gardonis Homes Advantage. I aspired to become a Realtor® when I saw the value of helping people in such an important life matter such as buying or selling a house. I’m naturally a “people person” and with my father being a realtor for years, I loved the idea of working one-on-one with clients to fulfill their housing dreams. I originally began my real estate business while I was living in Pennsylvania, until my wife and I moved to Maryland, just outside of Washington DC for a year. We moved back to Pittsburgh for good in 2023 and I’m excited to be working with clients in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Relocating has opened up a new dimension of my real estate knowledge as it caused me to want to buy into the differences of markets and processes from Pennsylvania to Maryland. That in turn, brought forth much principle to the model of which I mold my approach from. Starting with the conversations, to the questions to help guide their decisions, the facts of the property and current market, the intricate process of real estate is one that requires one to do their due diligence in serving their client’s best interest with integrity, optimism, and good judgement. I am that agent.
